Return & Cancellation Policy

We’re truly sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations. At Alice & Evy, we aim to make every step — even a return — feel personal and stress-free.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. As our warehouse is located in Asia, return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40. We always advise using a Track & Trace service — we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

How to return an item in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Contact us
Email us at support@aliceandevy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide further instructions.

Step 2: Send your parcel
Ship the item(s) to the return address provided. Please ensure your parcel includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the safe return.

Step 3: Refund
Once your return arrives in its original condition, we will issue your refund within 14 business days.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it.
After this window, our fulfilment process begins and cancellations may no longer be possible.


Important Information

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all labels/tags.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal reason, the shipping fee is borne by the customer and may vary depending on your courier.
